Am I eligible?
In order to be eligible to be considered for a loan from our panel of lenders, you must first be over the age of 18 and a resident of either England or Wales.
Practically speaking, you will also need to have a bank account that is capable of performing e-commerce transactions. Most UK bank accounts for adults have this facility but there are some which do not. This is, however, a necessary feature in order to be able to receive and pay back a loan in instalments so it is worth making sure you have this facility before proceeding.
You will also need to be the recipient of a regular income – normally the result of your having a job. Part of the application will therefore ask for details of your income and your employer. You will not be able to apply for a loan on this website if you do not have a source of income and the amount that you can borrow will be dependent on the amount that you earn. It would be irresponsible for lenders to lend you more than you would be able to repay.
Pay day loans are unsecured loans which are not backed by any asset but are instead loaned on the basis of an income and ability to repay.
The application form will therefore request full details of your present employment including the address and contact details of your employer. You should also be aware that falsifying any of this information on a loan application constitutes fraud and is a criminal offence.
Pay day loan companies may be able to offer loans to those whose previous financial track record may be far from ideal.
Whether you are accepted for a loan or not will depend on several factors. It will largely depend on your financial situation and your credit score.
It will also depend on the lender, as each lender will have their own qualifying criteria.
All loans available via this website are unsecured, and therefore people who are not homeowners and do not own their own car or an asset are therefore as eligible to apply as anyone else.
